Anything at all, but a grading rate that has moved is the most useful thing you can send. Grading companies change their prices without notice, and every answer here depends on them being right.

What happens next

Every message is readBy a person. No ticket number, and no automated reply pretending to be one.
A rate change gets checked against the companyIf it holds up, the app is updated and the date at the bottom of every page moves with it.
Leave an email if you want a replyIt is optional for everything except billing, and leaving it blank does not make a message count for less.

Especially worth sending

A grading rate that has moved, with the company and the tier
A number on the site that looks wrong, and what you expected instead
A card the search cannot find
A photo the centering tool refused to read

What is stored, and for how long, is set out on the privacy page. Nothing else from your session is attached to a message.
