A new member's first 7 days of Pro are free, and the first charge is the day they end. After that Pro renews automatically every month ($9.99) or every year ($89), plus any sales tax, on the card you pay with, until you cancel. Stripe sells Pro as the seller of record and adds any tax due where you live before you pay. Cancel online any time from Manage billing on your account page, and Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. Refund policy

Postage is paid per package rather than per card, tiers refuse boxes under their minimum and cards over their ceiling, and the cheapest tier is rarely the one that nets most. The result is that the best submission is not the best card repeated twenty times, and it is not everything you own either.
Rather than assert that, here is the same collection sent three ways, run through the engine this site already shows you on every verdict.
Four cards worth real money, eight worth something, eight worth very little, which is what a collection actually looks like. All three go to PSA, so the only thing that changes is which cards travel and on which service. Every figure below is this site's own engine run over that collection at today's published rates.
Picking the cards and the service on purpose is worth $514 on this one box, against sending all 20 the way most people send: PSA Standard, with any card too valuable for it moved up. That is the case for the box planner, and it is arithmetic rather than a promise.
