Gradeornot estimates whether submitting a trading card for professional grading is likely to be worth the cost. It does this from information you supply about a card, published grading rates, and market price data.

The site and its Pro subscription are run by Gradeornot. Gradeornot is not a company: it is run by its owner as an individual, in Ohio, United States. You can reach Gradeornot at support@gradeornot.app.

You need to be 13 or older to use the site. Pro is a paid subscription, so to buy it you need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian buy it for you and agree to these terms on your behalf.

Nothing here is a grade. No grading company has seen your card, and no result here binds or predicts what any company will say about it. Nothing here is an appraisal, a valuation, or financial advice.

Nothing here authenticates anything. The site cannot tell you whether a card is genuine.

PSA, BGS, Beckett, CGC, SGC and every other company named on this site are independent of it. None of them endorse it, are affiliated with it, or have reviewed it. Their names are used only to identify whose published rates are being described.

Grading rates change without notice. Market prices change faster. Condition is judged from your own answers, and a card described generously gets a generous answer. Every result is an estimate built from all of that, and it can be wrong.

The site marks which figures are measured and which are its own estimates precisely so you can weigh them. Do not treat a verdict as a promise about money.

You are responsible for what you choose to submit, what you pay to submit it, and what happens next. To the fullest extent the law allows, Gradeornot is not liable for losses arising from decisions taken in reliance on this site, including grading fees spent on cards that come back worth less than you hoped.

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and may be unavailable, change, or stop working.

Use the site for its purpose. Do not scrape it, resell its output as your own data product, attack it, or try to reach parts of it you were not given access to. Automated bulk access is not permitted; if you want data, ask.

Pro is a subscription to the paid tools on this site, which Gradeornot provides. It is sold through Stripe, the seller of record (merchant of record) for every Pro payment: you pay Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page, under Stripe's terms for that purchase as well as these. Stripe works out and collects any sales tax, sends your receipt, and handles payment disputes. Gradeornot never sees your card details.

Pro costs $9.99 a month or $89 a year, plus any sales tax due where you live, which Stripe shows before you pay. It renews automatically at the same price on the payment method you used until you cancel. The renewal terms are shown next to the plan buttons on your account page, and you agree to them there, by ticking the box beside them, before Stripe's page opens.

When a plan starts, Gradeornot emails you a confirmation to keep: what it costs, when the free days end or the plan next renews, and how to cancel. Stripe emails your receipt separately.

A new account's first plan starts with 7 days free. Stripe takes your payment details when the trial starts and nothing is charged until it ends; the first charge is the day after the last free day. Cancel before then and you are never charged. The free days are once per account: an account that has had a plan before pays from the first day.

You can cancel online at any time, without contacting anybody: tap Manage billing on your account page and choose Cancel on Stripe's billing page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

You can switch between monthly and yearly from the same billing page. Stripe credits the unused part of your current plan against the new one and charges the difference at once.

The single card verdict is free and is not part of what Pro sells. If something goes wrong with a charge, email support@gradeornot.app or use the contact form and it will be looked at.

Pro is a digital subscription, so there is nothing to return. Cancelling stops the next charge, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for.

A yearly plan can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of being charged for it. Monthly charges are not refunded. A charge made by mistake, such as a duplicate or one taken after you cancelled, is always refunded in full.

To ask for a refund, email support@gradeornot.app from the address you signed in with, or use the contact form with that address. Refunds are made through Stripe, as the seller of record, to the payment method you paid with, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Nothing here takes away a right the law where you live gives you and does not let a business sign away.
